On November 9 and 10, Countdown 2030 Europe partner DSW co-hosted the 14th International Dialogue on Population and Sustainable Development. The conference titled “Accountability to Advance Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights: Delivering on Commitments Together” brought together more than 100 representatives from all word regions, representing governments, CSOs, international organizations, philanthropic foundations, and the private sector. The conference aimed to increase the common understanding of accountability mechanisms and how they can be used to advance SRHR and the SDGs. On November 8, DSW and the and the German development ministry (BMZ) co-hosted a pre-meeting for government representatives from like-minded European countries and members of the Countdown 2030 Europe consortium which was supported by Countdown 2030 Europe and GIZ.
